Returns and Refund Policy

DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS

We would like you to be happy with your purchase and will always endevour to make sure that you receive your product undamaged and of the highest quality.

However we appreciate that sometimes things don't always work out and that items can be damaged in the post or you may have received the wrong item.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item then we are more than happy for you to return it for a full refund or product replacement. Afterall we want you to keep coming back and be a happy customer!

You can do so by completing our return form in our customer services section on our website footer. Once you have an RMA number, we will be in touch to provide details of how to return the products. If you can do this within 24 hours of finding a problem, then we can try and resolve as soon as we can. You do howver have upto 30 days to return the items.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Sometimes despite our best efforts, we may find that an item is out of stock and has not updated immediately on our website. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know. To offer you a full refund for the unavailable items or to let you know that the product may be delayed if we are awating stock. But, we will always let you decide on whether you want a refund or are willing to wait.

WE WANT TO KEEP YOU HAPPY

Just let us know as soon as you have a problem and we will help you sort it staight away. The only time that we probably cant give you a refund is if you drink all the tea and send us back an empty box.. :-)
