Delivery Information

We only ship to the United Kingdom.

For simplicity all our orders up to 2Kg (Including packaging weight) are sent 2nd Class by Royal Mail.

All orders should be received within 2-3 working days.

Orders over 2Kg upto 20Kg are sent via Courier Next Day (UK Mainland Only)*

*IMPORTANT NOTE*: Carriage to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland are excluded from the above courier rates and can only be shipped via Royal Mail. This may mean that your order may be shipped in seperate packages to meet the Royal Mail weight and size limits per package (up to a maximum of 4Kg). Exceeding 4Kg may result in extra charges for shipping.

Remember that all our Loose Tea is packaged to order, so please allow us a little bit of time to do this and add that time to the delivery estimates stated above.
